Yesterday morning, along with several town councillors, I joined the festivities organised by AVDC to celebrate the achievement of Green Flag status for the Heartlands Park. Present were the Chair of AVDC, Cllr Sue Renshell and Cllr Paul Irwin, the open spaces Cabinet member for AVDC. Many of the AVDC staff who look after the park and playground were there too of course. My fellow Town Councillors and I were happy to support this as the people of Buckingham enjoy the fruits of all their labours. Well done!
