Remember, remember...

And so last night was the annual Town Council firework display, torch procession and bonfire. And wasn't it great!! And whilst we can joke about taxpayers' money going up in smoke: it was very, very pretty smoke and totally transparent! 😜

And it was a great event too where lots of people pitch in to help make it all happen: including the young men and women from the Air Cadets (see below) and everyone else. Cllr Martin Try on the public address system gave out all the thanks last night. But I forgot to thank him! So I will do it here and when I next see him. Martin always does a fabulous job building the anticipation, providing historical background and playing music that you really hardly hear anywhere else...! 😜
